We heard lots of good reviews about this company and decided to use them ourselves. We suspected we had a rodent issue in our home. A gentleman came to our home for an assessment. He was really helpful, professional, and was very understanding of our anxieties around rodents. After the assessment, the gentleman was able to diagnose what the issue was (thankfully not rodent) and gave us lots of useful advice going forward. Very professional, reassuring, detailed assessment, and fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend this service!

I called this company as I had previously had a bad experience with another pest control company who knew I had a phobia of rats after spotting one in my garden and took advantage of this. When Jordan came out he was horrified that they had used 2 lots of poison in the bait box and most of it was loose and had fallen out on my lawn. This was a danger to wild life and my indoor cat who I let out in the garden every day. He picked up all the loose poison and checked everywhere for me. He also explained what I needed to do if I ever saw any again. He called the other company and insisted they came to collect the boxes and told them what they had done was illegal and a danger to wildlife. He didn't charge for the visit or the advice. I am so grateful for his visit as he gave me peace of mind and I will definitely contact him in the future if I spot any other rats although I'm praying I wont need to. I highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future. I asked him what his rates were and they are also very reasonable but he put no pressure on me whatsoever. He definitely deserves 5 stars for his service.

I recently used Catchem Pest Control Ltd and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, booking was quick and straightforward. The explanations provided were clear, simple to understand, and gave me confidence that I knew exactly what was required during the preparation process. When Jordan, the owner, arrived for the first appointment, he was professional, efficient, and reassuring throughout. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood everything that was happening. He also encouraged me to get in touch if I had any concerns afterwards, and whenever I reached out, his responses were always prompt and helpful. For the second visit, Jordan brought along his apprentice, who was equally professional and did an excellent job. The service has been thorough from start to finish, and it’s clear that customer care is a priority for the team. I’m currently waiting to see whether a final appointment will be needed, but regardless of the outcome, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Catchem Pest Control Ltd again in the future if required. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional pest control service.

I contacted Catchem Pest Control after discovering I had a bed bug problem, something I had never experienced before. From the very first phone call, the service was excellent. I spoke with Chris, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took the time to explain the treatment process in detail and sent over a fact sheet outlining everything I needed to do before the visit. The very next day, Jordan attended the property and carried out a thorough inspection of all rooms. He was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough throughout the treatment process. He completed two treatments and kept me informed every step of the way. I am delighted to say that I am now completely bed bug free. The service provided by Catchem Pest Control was outstanding from start to finish, and I cannot thank Chris and Jordan enough for their hard work and expertise. I would highly recommend Catchem Pest Control to anyone in need of a reliable and professional pest control company.

I recently used Catchem Pest Control to deal with a pigeon problem at my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They assessed the situation quickly, explained everything clearly, and carried out the work with real care and attention. The difference was immediate — the issue was resolved far more effectively than I expected, and the whole process was completely stress‑free. It’s rare to find a company that is this reliable and genuinely committed to doing a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing pest control support.

I had a very good experience with this company, i had issues with mice in the kitchen and bathroom and was worried about using the areas incase one jumped out at me. I contacted Catchem pest control and spoke with Jordan on the 020 number after researching and found they was available the same day and reasonable pricing. They turned up on time and dealt with the issue straight away, they found that the mice was getting access from a gap around he pipes in the kitchen. At the end of the treatment all holes was proofed with the correct material and i have had no mice since. I would like to say a massive thanks to chris for fixing and carrying out the treatment and for jordan for finding the time to fit me in on the same day.
